      Works, but with side effects

      Did the job on my pond, but also raised the GH (General Hardness) of the water. Might have been better to try adding crushed oyster shell first.

      This worked to adjust the PH of my pond although I did need to use it all which seemed to be more then was suggested I should need. However my pond is now flourishing again after so I am happy. It was easy to use.

      My pond is 480 gallons and so acidic it needed the whole packet!! I had to order a second packet but it only took another 3-4 scoops to get it to 6.5 -7.0.

      Blagdon PH Adjuster for Alkaline Ponds works very well at bringing down the PH very quickly, but it does not last very long, after a week or so it goes up to where it was to bigin with. It does not last

      I bought this product, as I had problems with high PH levels in my pond.
      However, I found out - after I'd used it that sudden changes in PH can be as harmful as the high PH level.
      I still suffered from fish loss during this process...
